It all started when…

At Open Pantry Co., we have worked incredibly hard to build a network of quality contacts over our 21 years in the industry.  Over the last 2 years since the inception of Open Pantry Co. we have been fortunate to work with some of the biggest and up-and-coming brands in Australiasia.

Although our source revenue is from bigger projects with larger brands, I wanted to keep to our origin story of making hospitality stronger by talking through solutions.  We knew that we could gain traction by creating this unique monthly consulting offer for those looking to get involved with us.

That’s why we’re announcing The Consulting Subscription, Open Pantry Co.'s entry-level consulting service focused on helping $500K-2M businesses unlock meaningful growth and scale your hospitality brand. You will gain access to everything you need from me and our list on trusted partners.

We begin the conversation with an in-person strategy session at a venue convienent to you, where we will discuss your hospitality business objectives, strengths, weaknesses, and potential strategy to succeed.

From there we’ll do a complete audit of your business model & concept, cost of goods, customer experience, marketing, advertising, recruitment, training, operations to analyze every imaginable unlock to help you scale your hospitality operations.

The Consulting Subscription program offers the following 3 stages of service.

1. SWOT ANALYSIS

We’ll do a deep dive into your business and look at different areas which you could improve 

  • Sharpen your business model and strategy.

  • Focus your customer experience and what matters to them on a daily basis.

  • Look at the 'low hanging fruit' in order identify key issues which you may not be seeing day-to-day.

 

2. DEEP DOWN EFFECTS

In stage 2 of the process, we work with you to address the systemic issues in the business and construct solutions to address them.  We usually find it is around the same four issues:

  • Staff culture and recruitment

  • Cost of goods and procurement

  • Marketing and advertising

  • Customer experience and operations

From working through the top line challenges, we can work out methods to address them and also highlight and promote the things your business are doing really well.

 

3. THE FOUNDER CONNECTION

Which includes:

  • Weekly 1-hour consultations on topics of your choice

  • Connection with Shaun for emergency questions

  • Access to our subject matter experts
