Our Beginning

Founder Shaun de Vries has worked in the hospitality profession for nearly 22 years. He has had the experience in working in multiple markets, including: Adelaide, Vancouver, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.

Shaun set up Open Pantry Consulting to make hospitality venues more profitable businesses and enable venues to have consistent customer service and food and beverage execution.

Open Pantry Consulting works with restaurants, cafes and food makers to scale their businesses and make them even more successful.
