THIS WAS OUR TALK AT WEWORK MELBOURNE ABOUT HOW TO OPEN A FOOD VENUE. WE TALKED ABOUT SUPPLY CHAIN, SOCIAL MEDIA, BRANDING AND MARKETING AND OPERATIONAL SUCCESS
Hooked Fish and Chippery
We helped Hooked Fish and Chippery in Melbourne improve their operations by way of operational reviews for all three sites in order to get consistency between the restaurants. We also followed that up with mystery shopper reports to formulate a plan for better customer service. We are still in constant contact with Daniel and the Hooked team.
4 Fingers Crispy Chicken in Singapore
Before we launched 3 sites for 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken in Australia in 2017, we had 3 weeks of training in Singapore in which to learn all the operations and systems. It was a great time and this was part of the menu out of one of their restaurants
Opening the first 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken restaurant in Australia
This was the opening day of the first restaurant for 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken in Melbourne, Australia. The first of 3 in 24 days!
4 Fingers Crispy Chicken Bourke Street
This shot was taken after the opening soft launch we had with the media for the first restaurant in Bourke Street, Melbourne. Great to see so many happy faces.
4 Fingers Crispy Chicken Chermside
This shot was taken just before the opening of the 2nd restaurant for the 4 Fingers brand in Australia. This site has proven to be the most successful of the three thanks to being in the busy Westfield Shopping Centre. We love building great teams that love what they do. Every person in a uniform in this picture was recruited by Open Pantry Co.
Just before the opening of 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken Albert Street
This marked the 3rd site for 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken in Australia, being Albert Street in Brisbane. This was the 3rd site that we launched in 24 days and it was a very happy day after we opened it. By the end of this period we had hired nearly 100 people in a short time frame, and conducted many training sessions to make sure all staff were comfortable when we opened the restaurants.
Cocktails with Fried Chicken
As part of the opening for 4 Fingers Cripsy Chicken in Australia, we were asked to develop an alcohol range. This is something that had never existed in the brand in Asia. We then teamed up with Capi soft drinks to develop these great shaved iced drinks that used premium Australia rum and vodka with Capi’s great product.
Sacred Alley Espresso Bar
We worked with the great coffee bar in the city, Sacred Alley Espresso Bar. Sometimes great owners need the confidence to make a decision on ideas they have had for a while. Part of what we do is analysis where you have been in your business, and create a path what to do to make it more successful
